Customer Service Leadership at "Sticky U"
The Fountain of New Life Church kicked off its "Sticky University Training for 2011" with Workshops on three Saturday Mornings for the Ministers, Deacons, Team Leaders, Staff, and Ministry Leaders and Workers. The Workshops focused on understanding the correlation between Customer Service and serving the churches Worshipers. The focus on service is important and the key to creating a distraction free environment to allow the worshipers to focus on the message being delivered and develop a feeling of inclusion and desire to return again and again. To accomplish Pastor Wayne Lomax retained Strategic Solutions LLC and the services of SR. VP of Sales & Marketing Velton W. Showell III to write, develop, and present a workshop entitled “Customer Focused Leadership” with the target of treating worshipers with the same techniques developed to provide top level customer service.
The workshop was very well received by all who attended and the results were the beginning of the process to analyze current church procedures and business practices to insure that they provide the best opportunity for service a Five Star level.
